| The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of performing mortgage loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Affordable Housing): Collect and submit borrower packages to Team Manager, counsel, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Portfolio Management team and/or and Fannie Mae for credit actions such as assumptions, modification, partial releases, ownership transfers, lease approvals, SNDA’s, easement requests, and management changes. Review and approve reserve disbursements. Prepare, update and submit quarterly Action Plans to Fannie Mae for all watch-list assets. By writing Action Plans and updating watch-list information from Fannie Mae, proactively monitor property operating performance, trends and report findings based on Fannie Mae guidelines. Perform baseline inspections on watch-list loans, corresponding with Fannie Mae on critical findings and incorporating issues in Action Plans.
Review loan performance and recommends to Team Manager loans that should be placed on Fannie Mae watch-list or other related capital source watch-list. Monitor and report watch-list loans for existing and future issues that would affect their status. Partners with the PAR Fannie Mae/Capital markets Servicing Team in monitoring and curing loan delinquencies, loan level suspense items, and monitoring letters of credit. Maintains and fosters relationships with borrowers, intermediaries, investors, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac personnel. Work with borrowers regarding loan document interpretation Review, Analyze and process loss draft claims, ensuring that all capital source requirements are met. Research loan issues for borrowers. Provide ad hoc reports to PAR Special Servicing, PMCC or other departments as required. Work with Collateral Protection Group to assist the collection of operating statements. Review and stay current with all Fannie Mae regulations and new policy roll-outs through the DUS guide.

- BBA in Finance or Real Estate, or a minimum of 5 years related Servicing/Asset Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
